The anti-diarrheal and spasmolytic activities of Soonkijangquebo™ (SKJQB), a Korean herbal anti-diarrheal formulation, were subjected to pharmacological evaluation. SKJQB, at a dose of 50–200 mg/kg, inhibited castor oil-induced diarrhea in mice.
