We investigated whether inhibition of nuclear factor-kappaB (NFkappaB) increases the efficacy of paclitaxel in in vitro and in vivo ovarian cancer models. Treatment of paclitaxel-sensitive Caov-3 cells with paclitaxel transiently activated the phosph
