Summary: Lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) of the lymph node (LN) parenchyma orchestrate leukocyte trafficking and peripheral T cell dynamics. T cell responses to immunotherapy largely rely on peripheral T cell recruitment in tumors. Yet, a systemat

Abstract Tumor endothelial cells (TECs) actively repress inflammatory responses and maintain an immune‐excluded tumor phenotype. However, the molecular mechanisms that sustain TEC‐mediated immunosuppression remain largely elusive. Here, we show t

Autophagy is essential to endothelial cell homeostasis. Here the authors show that lipophagy in LEC supports fatty acid oxidation to sustain a mitochondrial-Prox1 gene expression circuit and promote response of LEC to lymphangiogenic mediators.

The Arabidopsis thaliana GSK3-like kinase, BRASSINOSTEROID-INSENSITIVE2 (BIN2) is a key negative regulator of brassinosteroid (BR) signaling and a hub for crosstalk with other signaling pathways. However, the mechanisms controlling BIN2 activity are

Cancer cell-stromal cell crosstalk is orchestrated by a plethora of ligand-receptor interactions generating a tumor microenvironment (TME) which favors tumor growth. The high pro-angiogenic nature of the TME perpetuates the chaotic network of structu
