The evolution of the filamentary 3-Kelvin (3-K) superconducting phase at the interface between ${\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{RuO}}_{4}$ and Ru-metal inclusions is discussed for Pb-Ru-${\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{RuO}}_{4}$ contacts. Using the Ginzburg-Lan
