Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus is a rare tumor, and the presence of osteoclast-like giant cells in this tumor is even rarer. A leiomyosarcoma arising in a leiomyoma is also quite unique. Breast cancer metastasizing to the uterus is seldom seen as well.
