Metastatic renal cell carcinoma (MRCC) is a rare cause of massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB). We report a 51-year man who underwent left nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) 6 years ago. presenting with massive LGIB. Preoperative ab
