Summary Two-photon (TP) excitation (820-1150 nm) and emission (280-700 nm) spectra for the fluorescent proteins (FPs) ECFP3, EGFP3 and EYFP3 produced in human tumour cells were recorded. TP excitation spectra of pure and highly enriched samples were

The scanning-fit method was developed for the global data analysis of pump-probe data. This method is useful in cases when pulse durations are adjusted to be short compared with nuclear dynamics and long compared with the dephasing timescales. Then m

The conversion efficiency of a 90 fs high-power laser pulse focused onto a solid target into x-ray K\ensuremath{\alpha} line emission was measured. By using three different elements as target material (Si, Ti, and Co), interesting candidates for fast

We demonstrate the automated optimization of Kα emission from silicon, titanium and cobalt, generated in a multi-terawatt femtosecond laser produced plasma. The plasma parameters were adjusted by a newly developed laser prepulse device.
