We demonstrate the improved device performances by using the structure of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) film coated onto the indium tin oxide (ITO) anodic electrode annealed at 400 °C under the normal ambient.
