Previous measurements of the low-frequency branch of the "easy-plane" antiferromagnet have been extended to the high-frequency branch. The resonance fields as a function of angle at constant frequencies greater and less than the zero-field resonance

High resolution magnetization measurements in single crystal-spherical DySb samples have been performed versus T in fields to 23.6 kOe. Measurements with H along principal crystallographic and 〈11 2 〉 directions are interpreted in terms of the in

The standing-spin-wave absorption spectrum in this EuS films has been measured in the temperature interval 1.3-4.2 K. The dependence of the magnetization on temperature has been determined from the ferromagnetic-resonance field and compared with spin

The temperature dependence of the first-and second-order cubic anisotropy constants in EuO has been determined from ferromagnetic-resonance measurements on spherical singledomain, single-crystal samples. The observed dependence of ${K}_{1}$ is largel

The first- and second-order magnetocrystalline anisotropy constants of EuSe have been measured by a ferromagnetic-resonance technique at microwave frequencies and 1.3\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K on single-crystal spheres of about 100 \ensurem

We have observed a latent heat associated with the spin flop phenomena in a NiO single crystal at 2°K. This measurement shows the spin flop field to be less than 600 oe and the inplane anisotropy field to be approximately 0.1 oe.

The angular dependence of Azbel'-Kaner cyclotron resonance in single crystals of high-purity thallium has been investigated at 24 GHz and 1.4\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K for sample surfaces perpendicular to the three principal crystal-lograph
