At the time this article was written, Chris Everett was an associate professor at Duke Family Medicine and Community Health, Duke University School of Medicine, in Durham, N.C. She now is program director and division chief of the PA program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Jan Ostermann is an associate professor in the Department of Health Services Policy and Management at the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Sarah Garvick is an assistant professor in the PA program at Wake Forest School of Medicine. Jennifer Momen is an assistant professor and program director in the Department of Human Performance-Physician Assistant Studies at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown.
