We demonstrate here the use of DNA repair enzymes to control the assembly of DNA-based structures. To do so, we employed uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and formamidopyrimidine DNA glycosylase (Fpg), two enzymes involved in the base excision repair (BER
