OTX2 promotes tumour growth in Group 3 medulloblastoma. Here, the authors show that OTX2 regulates PAX3 to induce neural de-differentiation and promote tumourigenesis in Group 3 medulloblastoma.

Microglia play diverse roles in homeostasis and pathology of the central nervous system (CNS). Their response to injury or insult is critical for initiating neuroinflammation and tissue damage as well as resolution of inflammation and wound healing.

OTX2 is a potent oncogene that promotes tumor growth in Group 3 medulloblastoma. However, the mechanisms by which OTX2 represses neural differentiation are not well characterized. Here, we perform extensive multiomic analyses to identify an OTX2 regu

Spinal cord injury (SCI) results in glial activation and neuroinflammation, which play pivotal roles in the secondary injury mechanisms with both pro- and antiregeneration effects. Presently, little is known about the endogenous molecular mechanisms

The majority of Group 3 medulloblastomas (MB) exhibit amplification or increased expression of OTX2. OTX2 is primarily known as an oncogenic driver of tumor growth and cell cycle progression in Group 3 MB; however, its role as a repressor of differen
