We demonstrate piezoelectric strain control of diamond tin vacancy defects in cryogenic photonic integrated circuits fabricated in a 200 mm CMOS platform, enabling frequency tuning and control bandwidth above 20 GHz and 2 GHz, respectively.

We report a reconfigurable quantum photonic network switch with sub-μs rise times operating at visible wavelengths. Using hardware error correction, this system enables high-fidelity access to eight channels connected to spin memories.

Using magnetic field gradients and optimally shaped microwave pulses, we demonstrate selective control of color center spin qubits in a diamond micro-chiplet coupled to a photonic integrated circuit, yielding a platform for scalable qubit control.
