Loss of the Y chromosome from bone marrow cells of males with myeloproliferative disorders. Report of two cases and review of the literature

Hypernatraemic dehydration revisited

After discussing earlier concepts of hypernatraemic dehydration, experiments on infantile mini-pigs are reported. After giving osmolar NaCl and NH4Cl solution, dehydration with chloride acidosis was produced and then rehydration was started for 24 h.
