We present the results of a detailed investigation of the complex dielectric constant in the spin-density-wave phase of (TMTSF)2PF6. The experiments were performed in the temperature range where the specific heat anomaly indicates a glass transition.

The collective SDW excitations were investigated by non-linear conductivity and dielectric polarization experiments in the temperature range of T = 300 mK–5 K. The results indicate a gradual disappearance of the SDW excitations below about 2 K.

We have investigated the temperature dependence of the a, b′ and c * direction resistance of (TMTSF) 2 PF 6 . Our data obtained in presence hydrostatic pressure are consistent with a pressure and temperature independent anisotropic band structure.
