Introduction L’atteinte osseuse dans la sarcoidose est rare et survient de 1 a 13 % [1] . Elle touche classiquement les phalanges realisant le tableau d’osteite cystoide de Perthes-Jungling. L’atteinte osseuse disseminee est rarement rapportee.
