Substernocleidomastoid Muscle Neck Lipoma: An Isolated Case Report

Introduction. We report this large neck mass, located behind the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) within the posterior cervical space and anterior to the prevertebral fascia. The mass is displacing the carotid sheath and its neurovascular contents medially.
