We have measured the Lyman-\ensuremath{\alpha} radiation following foil breakup of hydrogen ionic clusters ${\mathrm{H}}_{\mathit{n}}^{+}$ (n=2 and n=3 to 61, odd) with velocities above and around the Bohr velocity. An enhancement of this radiation w
