The 2D perovskites (HO(CH2)4NH3)2(MA)n−1PbnI3n+1 showed improved UV stability due to the hydrogen bonds between the hydroxyl groups of the organic spacer cations HO(CH2)4NH3+, compared with that of (CH3(CH2)3NH3)2PbI4 without the hydrogen bonds.
