BACKGROUND: Optimal therapy for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) includes intravesical instillation of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG). However, about 25-45% of patients do not benefit from BCG immunotherapy, and there is no bioma
