IntroductionSince 2019 people who have insured in the German statutory health insurance are entitled to use certified apps called the Digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen [Digital Health Applications (DiGAs)]. The prerequisite for this is that an app cert

Abstract Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) is a therapeutic option in drug-resistant epilepsy. VNS leads to ≥ 50% seizure reduction in 50 to 60% of patients, termed "responders". The remaining 40 to 50% of patients, "non-responders", exhibit seizure re

In this paper, we describe the experimental validation of the technique of correction of wavefront aberration in the middle of the laser amplifying chain. This technique allows the correction of the aberrations from the first part of the laser system

We report the work done on a transient soft X-ray laser (SXRL) beam to deliver a proper extreme UV irradiation source for applications. The same optical tool was first demonstrated on a quasi stationnary state (QSS) soft X-Ray laser at the PALS Insti

The capability to generate few milliJoules, ultra-short laser pulses with robust and reliable systems has a fundamental importance for high harmonics generation and in general for attosecond physics [1]. The technique we propose allows generating bro

We demonstrate an ultrastable high-power laser system providing transform-limited 20-to-100 fs pulses at a tunable central wavelength. Subsequent frequency-conversion provides wavelength-tunable second and third harmonic radiation with up to 3.7 mJ.

LASERIX is a high power laser facility intended to realise and use for applications transient collisional excitation (TCE) X-ray lasers (XRLs) at various wavelengths, using grazing incidence pumping (GRIP) configuration with 10 Hz repetition rate. In
