We report on the ultrafast magnetization dynamics of [Co60Fe40/Pt]5 multilayers studied with femtosecond laser pulses. The samples were grown at room temperature by DC magnetron sputtering with Ta capping and Pt buffer layers and present the same thi

Faraday rotation has been investigated in nonlinear materials and systems like GaAs microcavity lasers. We present in this work heavy and light hole polaritons effect on the Faraday rotation without external magnetic field.

Faraday rotation (FR) can also be observed in a resonantly excited system without an external magnetic field. In a microcavity, polaritons spin population imbalance generates an effective magnetic field across the cavity mode, which results in an amp

Free‐standing InAs nanowires can be grown on GaAs (111)B substrates by several epitaxial growth techniques. Despite what should be expected from the general accepted Vapor‐Liquid‐Solid growth model.
