A systematic study of light charged particle (Z≤10) accompanied fission has been undertaken using the very intense neutron beams at the High Flux Reactor of the Institute Laue Langevin.

The new built Cosi Fan Tutte facility installed at the High Flux Reactor of the ILL in Grenoble was used to obtain correlated mass, kinetic energy and nuclear charge of the fission fragments from U 235(nth, f) and Th229(nth, f).
