This paper investigates the fact that construction projects, due to their specificity, are complex, temporary and dynamic. Over their course, participants change, successive construction works are done and new information becomes available. This carr

Communication and information flowduring construction project execution is often discussed in the literature. Numerous scholars note the presence of problems with communication and information flow and highlight that these problems also affect constr

In the literature, researchers present construction projects as temporary self-organising coalition networks, composed of specialist entities that work towards set goals. The number of parties involved in the various processes during construction cau

The hydroxyalkyl derivatives of barbituric acid (BA) were formed in the reaction between BA and glycidol (GL). The reaction was performed at BA:GL 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4 molar ratios in DMF or without solvent. The progress of reaction was monitored by det

Barbituric acid (BA) cannot be used for synthesis of oligoetherols in a straightforward reaction with ethylene oxide (EO) or propylene oxide (PO) or alkylene carbonates because it undergoes tauto- meric conversion into the tri-enolic form. The latter

Oligoetherols based on pyrimidine ring were obtained upon reaction of barbituric acid with glycidol and alkylene carbonates. These oligoetherols were then used to obtain polyurethane foams in the reaction of oligoetherols with isocyanates and water.
