A simple and ecologically friendly method was used for the synthesis of mucilage/proteins (M/P) stabilized silver nanoparticles (M/Proteins-s-AgNPs). M/P-s-AgNPs were synthesized by reduction of Ag (from AgNO3) to Ag with M/P extracted from flaxseed.
