The heterocyclic ligand (L), 3-(2-hydroxy phenyl)-2-iminothiazolidin-4-one, was synthesized by the cyclocondensation of o-hydoxy phenyl chloroacetamide with potassium thiocyanate. The stoichiometries of the title complexes were first determined by sp
