We investigate Kolb's new cosmology to study the spatial evolution of quasars by means of the V/V max test, and we determine the best values and the acceptability ranges of the quasar evolutionary parameter which may predict the string loop density.

Vilenkin's string loop equation is generalized to the general FRW models and then solved numerically in the radiation-dominated era. Initial radius dependence of lifetime is also explored.
