Este estudo tem como objetivo geral averiguar como ocorre a mediação da informação através das plataformas digitais, geridas pelas bibliotecas, arquivos e museus da Área Metropolitana do Porto (AMP). O estudo abrangeu os 17 municípios da AMP.
