Peningkatan prevalensi Gangguan mental emosional (GME) di DKI Jakarta tahun 2013 sebanyak 5,7% menjadi 10,1% di tahun 2018, dimana usia muda 15-24 tahun mencapai 11,26%. Faktor yang berkontribusi pada kejadian GME diantaranya disabilitas dan cedera.
