About 300 000 e + e − → φ → K 0 L K 0 S events in the center of mass energy range from 984 to 1040 MeV were used for the measurement of the φ meson parameters. The following results have been obtained: σ 0 =(1367±15±21) nb, m φ =(1019.504

The experiments carried out with the SND detector at VEPP-2M e+e− collider are described. The total integrated luminosity, collected in the energy range around φ(1020) peak is about 4 pb−1 and in the energy range 2E=1040–1400 MeV—6.5 pb−1.
