We report an intriguing triboelectrification behavior of thermally treated P(VDF-TrFE) polymers. Cooled (C-) and annealed (A-) P(VDF-TrFE) films were prepared by the rapid cooling of the melt solution and the subsequent annealing, respectively. The C
