We extend the techniques used in unrepeatered systems to the case of two long spans without regeneration at the intermediate site. We report 15 Tb/s transmission over a cascade of two spans of 333.4 km and 298.6 km.

This paper reports ultra-long 100G unrepeatered transmission on NZDSF. $4\times 120$ Gb/s transmission over 402.7 km (82.8 dB) of NZDSF is achieved using a commercial Raman-based system and enhanced ROPAs with a dedicated pumping fiber.
