Este trabalho objetivou o avaliar a germinação in vitro das sementes de Discocactus catingicola. Sementes coletadas em Juazeiro – Ba foram encaminhadas para laboratório e armazenadas em recipientes plásticos fechados sob temperatura ambiente.
