We present the development of a PET insert system for potential simultaneous PET/MR imaging using a 9.4 T small animal MRI scanner to test our system. The detectors of the system adopt a strip-line based multiplexing readout method for SiPM signals.

We realized a prototype of a monitoring system for proton therapy based on the technique of positron emission tomography. For the first time to our knowledge, we used the Plug&Imaging (P&I)Multi Voltage Threshold (MVT) technology in this application.
