Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap daging domba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah jalur wisata Bogor-Cianjur, dan Kota Bandung yang ditentukan secara purposive.
