The dissociative recombination of ${\mathrm{H}}_{3}^{+}$ with electrons can have two exit channels, namely $e$+ ${\mathrm{H}}_{3}^{+}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}H + H + H (channel I), and $e$+ ${\mathrm{H}}_{3}^{+}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}${\mathrm{H}}_
