The method proposed in [1] is used to find the polarization contribution to the differential (in the invariant masses of the created pairs and angles) production cross section of two fermion pairs in the annihilation of a pair of polarized fermions.

The potential of a two-centered oscillator is compared to a finite potential. For small deformations agreement is observed in the behavior of the potentials. The procedure of selfconsistency is carried out within the limits of the given model.

Calculation of equilibrium deformations of light nuclei and rare-earth nuclei is carried out by a method suggested in [1]. For light nuclei an anisotropic oscillator potential is used, while for the rare-earth domain we employ Nilsson's potential [2]
