Phase transitions in films prepared from Alnico-type alloys

Phase transitions taking place in films of an alloy based on Fe-Ni-Co-Al-Cu (YuDNK-24) as a result of a thermomagnetic treatment and which lead to a high coercivity state have been investigated. In this state, three phases are detected in the films:
