The effect of ratios of CHCl3 : toluene on film morphology and molecular arrangement via inkjet printing technology was investigated. The 3HTBTT-based inkjet-printed TFT using a CHCl3 : toluene ratio of 1.5 : 1 was successfully fabricated.
