A thin-disk based CPA system with a maximum compressed pulse energy of 206 mJ at a repetition rate of 5 kHz and output powers close to 2 kW at 20 kHz is presented. Spectral amplitude shaping led to pulse durations of < 500 fs at 206 mJ.

We present results of an thin-disk based regenerative amplifier. Record high output powers of 1.9 kW at 20 kHz before compression, with good beam quality and a spectrum supporting < 600 fs, could be achieved.

We report on commercial picosecond thin-disk regenerative amplifiers providing pulse energies up to 200 mJ and 1 kW of average power. A monolithic mirror array was developed for further scaling in a multipass arrangement. First tests in continuous an
