Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) is a rare but premalig-nant condition. VIN has two aetiological pathways: a human papillomavirus (HPV)-dependent pathway, which is a vulvar high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL), and an HPV-independe
