Purpose: To investigate the neuropharmacological effects of the methanol leaf extract (ME) and fractions of Phyllanthus muellerianus (PM) (Phyllanthaceae) (Kuntze) Exell (PM) in mice. Methods: Acute toxicity was carried out on the extract using stand
