Alpha-methylacyl-coenzyme A-racemase (AMACR), also known as p504s, is overexpressed in prostatic adenocarcinoma and is frequently used in combination with basal cell markers to aid in diagnosing difficult prostate adenocarcinoma cases. In this retros
