In this communication, we construct composite-type PANa@UCOF-x by the in situ reaction strategy, which combines the advantages of UCOF with ordered channels and PANa with high water uptake, thus improving the proton conductivity of UCOF.

We report a record of 72.64 Tb/s WDM transmission at 12.29 bits/s/Hz over 100 km G.654D fiber. Super C-band EDFAs with 6 THz gain spectrum are used to transmit 43 130 GBaud DP-PCS256QAM channels.

We experimentally compared 128 and 256-GSa/s DACs using partial response signaling. Transmission of 310-GBd OOK is demonstrated with a single 128 GSa/s DAC for up to 5-km without optical amplification (net 268.84Gb/s, AIR ≈ 300Gb/s).

For 200Gbit/s net rates, uniform PAM-4, 6 and 8 are experimentally compared against probabilistic shaped PAM-8 cap and cup variants. In back-to-back and 20km measurements, cap shaped 80GBd PAM-8 outperforms 72GBd PAM-8 and 83GBd PAM-6 by up to 3.50dB
