BACKGROUND: Michigan’s approach to Medicaid expansion, the Healthy Michigan Plan (HMP), emphasizes primary care, prevention, and incentives for patients and primary care practitioners (PCPs). OBJECTIVE: Assess PCPs’ perspectives about the impact
