Introdução: A leucemia linfocítica crônica (LLC) tem sua fisiopatologia na inibição da apoptose das células neoplásicas. O achado de núcleos celulares rompidos no sangue periférico da LLC é comum, constituindo as manchas de Gumprecht (MG).
