The angular distributions of the analyzing power Ay and of the differential cross section d σ/ d Ω in p p elastic scattering have been measured at 439 and 544 MeV/c. The results of Ay are compared with various theoretical models.

The tensor alignment p zz of a polarized deuteron target was measured directly for the first time. The measurement utilizes the tensor analyzing power T 20 of the πd to 2p reaction at 90° (c.m.), which is well determined from partial wave analysis

Full angular distributions of the differential cross-section dσ/dμ and of the analysing power Ay in p p elastic scattering have been measured at 697 MeV/c. The results of Ay are compared with the predictions of various theoretical models.
