Water and Organic Solvent Adducts on Metal Chelates

A Relationship between Metal Chelate Adducts and the Extraction Distribution Ratio

It was found that the % of the water adducts replaced by organic adducts, irrespective of the inital adduct concentration, would give a 90% correlation with the observed distribution ratios regardless of the chelate system involved.

Jones-Dole Equation B Coefficients for Metal Chelates and Selected Ligands
