Disopyramid erwies sich bei unseren Untersuchungen als effektives, evtl. dramatisch wirkendes Antiarrhythmikum bei ventrikulärer Extrasystolie. In 30% unserer Fälle blieb es jedoch wirkungslos, ohne daß dies mit dem Blutspiegel zu erklären wäre.
