Essentials peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) agonists inhibit platelet function. PPARγ agonists negatively regulate outside-in signaling via integrin αIIbβ3. PPARγ agonists disrupt the interaction of Gα13 with integrin β3.
